多巴胺受体拮抗剂对缺氧诱导的大鼠脑Ca2+-钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ活性抑制的保护作用

To study the effect of dopamine receptor antagonists oll a120 Xia-induced inhibition of ca2+ -calmedulin dependent protein kirmse Ⅱ (CCDPK Ⅱ) activity in rat hippocampus and striatum. METHODS: Using the rat hippocampal and striatal slices under 95% N2+ 5% CO2 the ativity of CCDPK Ⅱ was examined by 32P-incolpomtion. RESUIlTS: Under anoxia for 30min, the CCDPK Ⅱ activity decreased to 29.2 % and 27.0 % of the conlol in rat hippocampal and striatal slices. respec-tively. Prehacubation with Sch-23390 (a specific D1-like doparminc receptor antagonist). or domperidone (a specific D2-like dopflmine rooeptor antagonist), resulted in a concentration-dependent attenuation of the anoxia-induced inhibition of CCDPK Ⅱ activity which was preserved up to about 60%. CONCLUSION: Dopanine receptor stimulation is involved in anoxia-induced inhibifion of CCDPK Ⅱ acfivity in rat hipocampus: and striatum.
