House property, as a kind of particular goods, its value is largely determined by its location. So the spatial distribution of house prices in a given area and period can be regarded as a scalar filed. This paper discusses the house price distribution in the view of field theory. Based on geographic information system (GIS), in the first part we illustrate the characteristics of the field and the corresponding gradient field. In the second part we do some quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of the house price field and present the function expression of the field.
