三种双功能光折变模型分子的合成及光谱性质研究

The syntheses and spectroscopic properties of three difunctional photorefractivemodelmolecules ethyl [2-cyano-3-(9-ethylcarbazol-3-yl)] acrylate (ECEA), 2-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-(9-ethylcarbazol-3-yl)-acrylonitrile (N PEA) and 9-ethylcarbazol-3-azo-(4-nitrobenzene) (ECAN) are reported in th is paper. The results indicate that the spectroscopic properties are influenced by the structure of three molecules and these molecules belong to p-type sem iconductor.
