Sciencepaper, a website approved by Ministry of Education, PRC, is  under the administration  of  the  Center for Science  and Technology  Development of the Ministry. This site offers a on-line publications  of new and  innovational ideas while being copy-right protected  to the academic  community  for the fast  exchanges and instant adoption of their new achievements.Sciencepaper also serves as an important  platform  for the optimization  of academic environments and for the improvement of academic behaviors.

    The Consultant Committee of Sciencepaper, with 39  academicians from Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering as its member,is responsible for academic supervision of all papers published on the site. The first collections of papers published on the site were recommended by more than 60  prestigious universities of China. The papers to be accepted later on will be from the outcomes of all kinds of scientific grants. Under the Elite Papers, ten most important papers  from each of the top professors selected by the famous universities are published. The representative papers from National Awards and/or Ministry Awards winning projects of the universities are published under the Magnum Opus Column.

    Sciencepaper  site offers a fast and real  time platform for exchanges of academic ideas and new  achievements without need of traditional publication procedures such as peer reviews, modifica- tions, editing and printing.The papers,within the scope of academic exchanges  and in line with the national laws and with new academic ideas and meeting the basic format requirements for on-line publication will be published one week  after the submission. No page fees will be charged for publications on this site.

    The  copyrights  of  papers published  on  this site will be certificated to the authors. And the papers  published on this site are  still legibly permitted  to submit to a traditional  academic journal. The opinions  in the papers published  on  this site are  purely the opinions of the authors, not the opinions of the site.

    To avoid international copyright conflicts, it is suggested to the authors that those papers, intentionally to be published in an international  journal that requires the originality of a paper, be published on this site in a form of detailed summary so as to get an early intellectual rights of the new findings.

    The readers of Sciencepaper are divided into registered  member readers  and  none member reader. The registered  members   have unlimited accesses of the site while  none-member readers  can ONLY browse the site as visitor with part access to the site of search, navigation, and downloads. It is free to get registered. The paper search functions have three forms as basic search, advanced search and catalogs. Users can search  for papers by keywords, titles, author(s) and abstract(s).

    Sciencepaper  intends to setup a special  column for the  Elite Paper from famous professors of China based on free of charges. The each of top scientists from  universities is asked to select ten of his/her best papers to be published in this column.

    National  Scientific  Awards  are the most important awards of China.The paper from a National Awards winning projects will be the representative of the academic levels of the related  areas. The Magnum  Opus publishes the representative papers from the National Awards and/or Ministry Awards  winning projects of the universities in the recent years.
