Invariance of Physical Laws and Radar Echo Delay on the Basis of Vacuum Fluctuation
Abstract:By using the conclusions obtained in the study of particle’s motion in gravitational space in the view of vacuum fluctuation, the invariance of physical laws is discussed with the introduction of vacuum refractive index. The result is applied to investigate the radar echo delay in gravitational field. It is found that the calculated time delay is the same as that given by the general relativity.
