酸压模型实验的相似准则及相似比尺研究

摘要:酸压是油气藏重要的增产措施之一。实际酸压施工过程中存在,既有地层岩石破裂,又有缝壁岩石与缝内酸液的非均相化学反应,一般通过间接模型实验研究这些复杂的物理和化学现象。然而现有模型实验与实际酸压过程相似性的不足,制约了对酸压的研究。以Romero & Gu三维流动连续性方程和Hill滤失模型为基础导出酸液流动连续性方程,采用方程分析法导出酸压模型实验的8个相似准则。以大尺寸可视化模型实验为例,根据导出的相似准则计算了模拟参数的相似比尺。所导出的相似准则表征了地层物性参数、裂缝几何参数,以及施工中人为可控的施工流体性质、施工排量、泵注时间等参数之间的理论联系,可为模型实验结果的现场应用提供理论支持。

STUDY OF SIMILARITY CRITERIONS AND SIMILAR SCALES OF ACID FRACTURING PHYSICAL SIMULATION
Abstract:Acid fracturing is one of the key reservoir stimulation technologies. Both rock fracturing and heterogeneous acid-rock reaction take place during an acid fracturing treatment,which is commonly investigated by physical simulation. However, the investigation has been restricted due to the poor similarity between the physical simulation and actual acid fracturing process. Continuity equation of acid flow has been presented on basis of ROMERO&GU's 3D continuity equation and HILL's leak off model. And then, eight similarity criterions of physical simulation of acid fracturing have been carried out by equation analysis method. Moreover, according to those similarity criterions, a series of similar scales for large visible physical simulations have been given out. Obviously, those similarity criterions, in which the formation property parameters, fracture geometry, even the controllable variables such as fluid property ,operating flow rate and pumping duration are included, can theoretically support the application of physical simulation results to field acid fracturing operation.
