摘要：为探索出国产RPV钢夏比重组试样的电子束焊接工艺参数，首先，加工一系列模拟试块进行电子束焊接连接，通过对模拟试块焊缝切片观察，初步确定焊接主要工艺参数；其次，对初步探索的焊接工艺参数进行焊接工艺评定，结果表明：采用探索的焊接工艺参数进行焊接，焊缝的各项性能指标均满足RCCM要求，探索的焊接工艺参数准确可靠。

Abstract：To explore the electron beam welding process parameters of domestic RPV steel charpy restructuring sample, firstly,processing a series of simulation test block for electron beam welding connection, through the simulation block of weld section observation, preliminarily determine welding main process parameters; Secondly, welding procedure qualification was used on the preliminary explored welding process parameters, and the results show that:by the explored welding process parameters,various performance indicators of welding meet the requirement of RCCM,and the welding process parameters explored are accurate and reliable.?????
