铲运机工作装置优化设计与性能仿真

摘要:针对某型号铲运机工作装置出现的质量问题,将多目标优化方法应用于铲运机工作装置设计。根据铲运机工作装置的设计要求,建立了反转六杆机构工作装置的数学模型,并选择多岛遗传算法,以确定铲运机连杆机构各杆的尺寸以及各杆在空间的相互位置关系。建立优化工作装置的数字化样机模型,采用虚拟样机技术对工作装置进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,验证了优化后工作装置的可行性。

The Optimization Design and Performance Simulation of Working Device of Scraper
Abstract:Aimed at the quality problem what working device of scraper appeared , the multi-objective optimization method is applied to designing the work device. According to the design requirements of the work device of the scraper, the mathematical model of Z-bar linkage of the working device of inversion was established , and Multi-island Genetic Algorithm was choosed to determine optimal size and space position of the scraper's each linkage. Digital prototype model of optimized working device is established, using virtual prototype technology for kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis of working device, verify the feasibility of the optimized working device.
