摘要:针对地下铲运机动臂在工作过程中易断裂、变形、损坏等问题,基于多体动力学方法,分析了动臂的动力学特性和力学性能,找出了动臂结构存在的强度问题;据此提出更换高强度材料的改进方案,并通过多目标优化算法验证了方案的合理性;基于6Sigma设计对多目标优化结果进行了可靠性分析,最后对动臂进行了6Sgima可靠性优化,确定了最佳优化设计方案。

The Reliability Optimization Design for the Arm of Underground LHD
Abstract:In view of the Underground LHD arm failures such as fracture, deformation and damage, a multi-body dynamics method is utilized to analyze its dynamic characteristics and mechanical properties and find out the defect of its structure. On the basis of the analysis results, a scheme about replacing high-strength material proves reliable on account of multi-objective optimization algorithm. Reliability analysis based on 6Sigma approach is applied to evaluate the optimization result. Finally, the optimum optimization design scheme is being confirmed by implementing 6Sigma reliability optimization of the Underground LHD arm arm.
