超大型数控折弯机的多学科设计优化研究

摘要:目前国内超大型折弯机设计中仍较多沿用普通吨位折弯机的传统设计方法,未充分考虑结构、液压、电控等不同子系统间参数耦合关系。论文基于多学科优化设计理论,在结构设计上,完成了1600T折弯机整机结构分析和优化;通过对比优化前后静力和模态分析结果,论证了优化方案的可行性;在液压子系统上,通过对折弯机双缸同步仿真分析,验证了液压系统设计的可靠性;根据整机仿真过程中的数据传递机理,搭建了基于Isight的超大型折弯机多学科耦合优化设计平台。

Study on Multi-Disciplinary Design for Heavy CNC Bending Machine
Abstract:Now in China the large bending machine are still more adopting traditional design method,without fully considering the parameter coupling relationship between different subsystems,such as the structure,hydraulic pressure and electric control.Based on the multidisciplinary optimization design theory,this paper has completed the structure analysis and improvement on the bending machine of 1600 tons in term of structural design.By comparing the analysis results between the static state and modal state before and after optimization,as a result,the feasibility of the optimized scheme has been demonstrated.About the hydraulic subsystem,by the duplex synchronous simulation analysis,the reliability of the hydraulic system design has been verified.According to the data transfer mechanism in the process of simulation of the whole machine,an multidisciplinary coupling optimization design platform for the large bending machine has been set up on the Isight. ?????
