大型汽轮发电机端部整体数值模拟

摘要:汽轮发电机通风冷却系统中,端部的通风冷却是整体通风冷却的重要组成部分之一,所以端部风道的进气量显得尤为重要。本文通过将汽轮机端部整体完整建模,基于计算流体力学方法进行求解,并汽轮机端部定子部分简化为多孔介质模型,同时对端部整体采用了多参考坐标系,其中定子部分为静止坐标系,转子部分为旋转坐标系,最后计算得到的端部风道入口流量结果与实验值吻合较好。说明将定子区域简化为多孔介质及引入多参考坐标系是合理的。该文的研究结果对于模拟汽轮机整体通风散热具有重要意义。

Numerical Simulation of Large Turbo Generator End
Abstract:In the ventilation and cooling systems of turbo generator, that of ends is an important part of the whole turbo generator ,so the intake air of duct in ends is particularly important .This paper build a complete modeling of the turbine ends ,based on computational fluid dynamics method to solve ,and the stator part of ends is simplified as the porous media .While the multi-reference coordinate is used to ends ,wherein stationary frame portion is for the stator part ,the rotor part is rotating coordinate system .Finally , the values of inlet flows of ends which are calculated ,match with the experimental values .The is conclusions that the use of porous and multi-reference coordinate system is reasonable .The results of this paper is important for ventilation and cooling system of the whole turbine.
