大豆黄酮对荷斯坦牛围产期某些代谢激素的影响

摘要:12头的初胎荷斯坦乳牛, 分为对照期(添喂前)和试验期(添喂后)。于预产期前10d一次添喂大豆黄酮( 80mg/d•头), 在添喂前、添喂后的7d、产后3d、10d和17d采取血样, 用放射免疫法测定血浆中TSH、T3、T4和胰岛素的含量。(1) 添喂大豆黄酮后, T3的水平在第7d、产后3d和产后10d显著低于对照期( P<0.05/P<0.01), 而产后17d T3含量则高于对照期21.60%( P<0.05); (2) 试验期中T4的水平除分娩后第10d外, 均显著低于对照期( P<0.05/ P<0.01); (3) TSH水平仅在添喂大豆黄酮后的第7d显著低于对照期, 而分娩后与对照期差异不显著( P>0.05); (4) 胰岛素在大豆黄酮处理后的第7d和分娩后的第17d显著低于对照期, 其余与对照无显著差异( P>0.05)。以上结果提示: 大豆黄酮能影响分娩后初胎奶牛的代谢激素水平, 促进了营养物质的转化, 加强了机体蛋白质的合成, 以适应机体泌乳的生理变化。

Effects of Daidzein on Some Metabolic Hormones in Plasma during Perinatal Period in Holstein Cows
Abstract:welve first-fetus Holstein cows were used in this study to evaluate the effect of daidzein on some metabolic hormones in plasma during perinatal period. The experiment was consisted of control and treated phase. The daidzein was added into treatment feed at dosage of 80 mg/d·body before the 10 day of the expected date of childbirth (control phase). The blood samples were collected via the superior vena cava and analyzed by radioimmunoasssay. The results are as follow: (1) Compared with the control, T3 contents in day 7 after treatment, day 3 and day 10 after parturition were lower than that of day 10 of expected date of childbirth significantly (P<0.05). (2) During the experiment period, T4 contents were decreased remarkly (P<0.05), except in day 10 of expected date of childbirth. (3) Compared with control, only TSH contents in day 7 was decreased by 14.41% (P<0.05).
