NaCS-PDMDAAC微囊胶固定化红曲霉菌及其鼓泡塔培养的研究

摘要:采用NaCS-PDMDAAC微胶囊对红曲霉菌进行了固定化培养试验,经过摇瓶培养和鼓泡塔培养表明微囊化不会改变红曲霉菌的生长特性。在摇瓶培养的实验中,摇床转速的增加引起剪切力对微胶囊的破坏加大,微囊化不能大幅度提高红曲色素产量和产率。由于鼓泡塔反应器良好的供氧能力和较小的剪切应力,微囊化红曲霉菌被放大到鼓泡塔反应器中培养。与摇瓶培养的比较表明,鼓泡塔微囊化培养优势明显,红曲色素的产量增加了2倍,产率则提高了2.8倍。

Immobilization Monascus purpureus in NaCS-PDMDAAC Microcapsules and its Cultivation in Bubble Column
Abstract:NaCS-PDMDAAC capsules were applied to immobilize the fungus M. purpureus. for pigment production. The results in the repeated culture of encapsulated cells showed that the encapsulation system had no effect on the growth of M. purpureus and the production of red pigment. The process with encapsulated cells was studied in flasks and a bubble column. It was found that the bubble column was more suitable for encapsulation culture than flasks because of its excellent mass transfer properties and minor breaking stress on microcapsules. In comparison with flasks culture, immobilized fermentation in bubble column not only cut the period of glucose consumption but also increased the final concentration of pigment. The pigment productivity of encapsulated M. purpureus in bubble column increased 2.8 times that of flasks culture.
