复合材料结构耐撞性能的数值模拟

摘要:本文研究了复合材料结构耐撞性能数值模拟的策略和方法,包括接触-碰撞有限元理论、复合材料层板破坏后的处理方法和薄弱单元的设置。对DYNA3D(研究版)软件进行了二次开发,加入了复合材料板破坏后的处理模块和能量计算模块。采用二次开发后的程序对波纹梁盒段的碰撞过程进行了数值模拟,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明本文采用的分析复合材料结构耐撞性能的模拟策略和方法及建立的有限元模型是合理可行的。基于本文的结果可以认为所提出的模拟策略和方法能用于复合材料结构的耐撞性设计分析。

On Numerical Simulations of Crashworthiness for Composite Structures
Abstract:The strategy and method to simulate numerically the crashworthiness of composite structures are studied in this paper, including the contact-impact FEM theory, energy-absorption model for composite laminates and the trigger element. The Finite Element code, DYNA3D in research version, has been modified to posses the capability of simulating the crash behavior of composite structures. Then the crashworthiness behavior of a typical corrugated board box under normal impact with the ground is numerically studied in detail by using the modified software. The results are compared well with the experimental data that in turn verifies the proposed numerical simulation strategy and method. Based on the results reported herein, one may conclude that the proposed method provides a useful tool for the design analysis of composite structures with crashworthiness capabilities.
