血管性介入治疗最佳推注时相的数值模拟

摘要:建立分岔动脉血管几何模型和脉动流边界条件。对血管性介入治疗中,在主动脉分叉支动脉入口附近引入导管注射药液时,主动脉及分支动脉的血液流动和药液物分布进行了二维非定常数值模拟。获得了在不同时相进行间歇脉动推注时,进入支动脉内的药液质量流率在一个心动周期内的变化情况和药液灌注率曲线,得出了最佳注射时相为心缩期末期和心舒期前期的结论,为优化临床血管性介入治疗提供了理论依据。

Numerical Simulation of Optimal Drug Perfusion Time for Vascular Interventional Treatment
Abstract:The geometry of bifurcate artery and the pulsating blood flow boundary conditions are established. An unsteady two dimensions numerical simulation solution is achieved for the blood flow and drug distribution within the bifurcate artery artery during vascular intervention treatment when a drug catheter is inserted around the open of the branch artery through the aorta and injects liquid drug. The drug perfusion rate curves through a complete cardiac circle are obtained when the drug is injected intermittently. By the drug perfusion rate curves a drug perfusion ratio curve is finally drawed. The simulation results show that the optimal perfusion time is between the end of heart systole and the prediastole. The simulation results provide fundamental to optimize the clinical vascular intervention treatment.
