钛合金激光焊接残余应力数值模拟研究

摘要:本文基于ANSYS分析软件,针对钛合金薄板的焊接残余应力进行了数值模拟,并分析了不同焊接工艺参数对激光焊接残余应力分布与塑性变形区宽度的影响。数值模拟中考虑了材料参数的温度相关性。研究结果表明,激光焊接残余应力及塑性变形区宽度与焊接规范有关。随激光焊接速度减小或焊接线能量增大,纵向残余拉应力区域变宽,而拉应力峰值降低,但横向残余应力峰值增大。

Numerical Investigations on Welding Residual Stress in the Laser Welding of a Titanium Alloy
Abstract:The welding residual stresses were investigated by means of finite element model, making use of the ANSYS software. Moreover, the effects of different welding parameters on the distribution of residual stress and plastic deformation were analyzed numerically. The material constants are temperature dependent in the calculation. The results show that the residual stresses and plastic deformation are affected greatly by welding parameters, that the width of tensile residual stress in vertical direction is larger and its peak value becomes lower with the increase of the welding velocity, and that the peak value of residual stress in horizontal direction changes larger with the increase of the welding velocity.
