微波提取番泻叶中角鲨烯的方法研究

摘要:通过对微波萃取与索氏萃取和超声波萃取番泻叶结果的比较,发现微波萃取法具有萃取时间短,溶剂用量少,产品提取率高等优点。本研究对微波萃取过程的影响因素:微波辐射时间、微波功率、溶剂用量和洗涤滤饼的溶剂量进行了考察,实验表明,综合考虑萃取率和角鲨烯的质量分数的因素,最佳组合为:微波时间 10 min,微波功率 354 W,溶剂用量 30 mL,洗涤滤饼用量10 mL。

STUDY OF MICROWAVE EXTRACTION OF SENNA SEAF
Abstract:Comparied with Soxhlet method and ultrasonic extraction, it can be fined that the time of microwave extract is shorter, solvent dosage is much less, and the extract yield is taller. Effect equations of microwave extraction are discussed in experiment. Data illustrate that radiantion time 10min,microwave power 354 w, volume of solvent in extraction 30mL and volume of solvent in washing drier 10mL give the best results after considering yields and mass content of squalene.
