交通信息的有效性研究

摘要:交通信息的有效性是指交通信息能否有效的提高现有道路交通网络的使用效率。本文在采用线性费用函数的前提下,使用确定性用户平衡(UE)和随机用户平衡(SUE)两种交通分配模型,分析了实时交通信息对简单交通网络的影响,证明了交通信息的提供能否有效提高现有路网的使用效率,取决于路网的通行能力等实际状况,与网络内的交通流量无关,而且交通流量的变化,不会引起路网内个人行驶费用节省量的根本性变化。最后的两个实例证明了文中结论的正确性。

Study of Effectiveness of Traveler Information
Abstract:The effectiveness of traveler information is whether the real time traffic information can effectively improve the status of the existing transportation network. Under the assumption of linear cost function, the impact by traveler information system in a simple network was investigated. Using two models namely stochastic and deterministic user equilibrium assignment, the study deduced some important conclusions, which reveal that the effectiveness of the information is completely determined by the capacity of the road in network, and it is independent of traffic flow. Computational results for two representative examples are reported, which demonstrate the validity of the conclusions.
