薄壁装配式不锈钢水箱的试验研究

摘要:薄壁装配式不锈钢贮水箱是近年来广泛使用的一种安全、卫生、经济的新型贮水设备,具有广阔的发展前景。本文首次对薄壁装配式不锈钢水箱进行了试验研究,得到了其壳体构件SUS304模压板在冲压前后不同区域的各项力学性能指标,发现模压板球冠区域的屈服强度增加高达42%;获取了在水压载荷下薄壁装配式不锈钢水箱控制部位的力学响应规律,模压板的横向位移、等效应力与水压载荷的关系曲线均表现为线性和非线性相结合的两段规律;发现这种薄壁结构水箱存在底板失稳、包角渗漏和斜拉筋拉脱等3种失效模式。分析了底部模压板产生失稳的原因,提出了一些对策,并给出了失稳设计准则。工程实践表明,这些措施经济可行,所给出设计准则安全合理。本试验为薄壁装配式不锈钢水箱的优化设计和数值仿真提供了基础数据,为指导和规范不锈钢水箱的设计制造提供了试验依据。

Experimental investigation on assembled thin-walled stainless steel water tank
Abstract: An experimental investigation on the assembled thin-walled stainless steel (ATSS) water tank is presented. To investigate the strength and the deformation characteristics of molded units of ATSS water tank, a total of 13 tensile samples from various areas of molded units were tested, and an increase of 42% of yield strength was found. In the experiment, the mechanical response on displacement and equivalent stress of the control points was attained, and the failure modes of ATSS water tank were found to be buckling of bottom-plates, leaking of molded units and fracture of stiffeners. The mechanism of bucking of the bottom plate was analyzed in detail, and a design rule and some advice were given. Dozens of applications in engineering show that safety and economy were both achieved with these measures.
