有源噪声控制与隔声罩组合应用的初步实验研究

摘要:本文以液压泵为例对有源噪声控制系统与隔声罩组合应用进行了初步的实验研究。噪声的低频段由有源噪声控制技术降低,中高频段由隔声罩降低,从而发挥了有源噪声控制和隔声罩各自的优点。附加了有源系统后的隔声罩使液压泵的噪声从112.4dB降到了80.0dB,系统的降噪量达到了32dB。有源噪声控制系统采用了4个次级控制源,在无隔声罩的情况下,可使600Hz左右的低频噪声降低25dB以上;和隔声罩共同使用时,在原有基础上可新增插入损失13dB。

A Preliminary Experimental Study on Applying ANC on the Enclosure
Abstract:This paper introduces preliminary experimental results of the combination of ANC and the traditional enclosure design. ANC is used to reduce the low frequency components, and the enclosure is used to reduce the high frequency components. This method takes the advantages of both ANC and the enclosure. The enclosure together with the ANC system reduces the noise, which badly injures the worker, from 112dB to 80dB, with a noise reduction of 32dB. The ANC system uses four secondly control sources and obtains 25dB noise reduction around 600Hz without the enclosure, and gains an additional 13dB of insertion loss while working with the enclosure.
