摘要:利用传统陶瓷工艺制备了新型的Bi0.5(1-y)(Na1-x-yLix)0.5SryTiO3无铅压电陶瓷,并研究了该陶瓷的压电性能和微观结构。研究结果表明,该陶瓷体系具有较好的压电性能,压电常数d33=143pC/N,径向机电耦合系数kp=0.303,并可在1100℃/2hr烧结条件下可获得致密的陶瓷体。

Piezoelectric Properties and Microstructure of Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramic Bi0.5(1-y)(Na1-x-yLix)0.5SryTiO3
Abstract: A new group of (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, Bi0.5(1-y)(Na1-x-yLix)0.5SryTiO3, were prepared by conventional ceramic sintering technique. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) data show that the ceramics possess almost pure perovskite phase with rhombohedral symmetry. The measurement s of piezoelectric properties reveal that the ceramics provide a high piezoelectric constant d33=143pC/N and a high electromechanical couple factor kp=0.303 .The ceramics can be well sintered at about 1100℃.
