异步电动机绕组内部双重故障联合检测仿真研究

摘要:针对笼型异步电动机转子断条与定子绕组匝间短路双重故障进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明,笼型异步电动机发生转子断条与定子绕组匝间短路时的故障特征往往是相互交织,相互影响的,仅仅应用对单一故障的检测方法来检测笼型异步电动机的绕组故障,可能会导致故障误判。本文通过对仿真结果的详尽分析,系统地概括出了笼型异步电动机发生转子断条与定子绕组匝间短路双重故障时的故障特征,明确揭示了二者之间的相互关系,为实现转子断条与定子绕组匝间短路双重故障联合检测提供了重要的理论依据。

Simulation of Winding Conjunct Fault In Induction Motors
Abstract:The conjunct fault, which broken rotor bar and stator inter-turn short circuit fault occur simultaneously, has been studied in this paper based on multi-loop model of squirrel cage induction motor. The results indicate that the feature of broken rotor bar and stator inter-turn short circuit fault is always interlaced and impacted mutually. The detection method, which is only suitable for single fault, may make a detection of error sometimes. In this paper, the conjunct fault feature of broken rotor bar and stator inter-turn short circuit fault have been summarized and the mutual relation of the two has been disclosed according to detailed analysis. As establishes an important theoretical foundation for combination detection of broken rotor bar and stator inter-turn short circuit conjunct fault.
