摘要:本文介绍了一种新的微流体仿真技术,即多尺度有限元-分子动力学仿真技术。它将整个微流体仿真区域分为三部分,分子动力学计算区域、重合区域、有限元计算区域,从而消除了分子动力学和有限元仿真技术各自的不足之处,将两者的优点结合起来,为解释微流体速度滑移、温度跳跃等微观现象提供了一种有力的工具。

A New Micro Fluid Simulation Method
Abstract:A new micro fluid simulation method which is called hybrid FEA-MD is introduced in this paper. It divides the whole simulation area into three parts which are MD area, fold area and FEA area. It removes the each deficiency of MD and FEA and combines these two together. It provides a powerful tool for explaining micro phenomena such as velocity slipping and temperature skipping.
