基于天然高分子的环境友好材料研究---玉米秸液化条件的研究

摘要:本文对玉米秸液化条件进行筛选,试验了不同的液化剂、催化剂对玉米秸液化得率的影响。试验表明:碳酸乙烯酯是一种较好的液化剂,能够在较短的时间内使液化得率达到80%;浓硫酸是一种较好的催化剂,能够有效的提高液化得率。

Studies on the environmental safe materials based on natural macromolecule materials: the liquefaction of corn stover
Abstract:In this paper, we study on the liquefaction of corn stover and the effects of different liquefying solvents and catalysts on the liquefaction yield. The results show that the ethylene carbonate is an effective solvent and can obtain high liquefaction yield of 80% in a short reaction time. The results also indicate that the sulfuric acid is a proper catalyst and can improve the liquefaction yield.
