七式「团队迷思」

摘要:「團隊迷思」是由心理學家艾文˙珍尼斯提出的一個概念,意謂一個團隊陷入迷思,從而作出一些劣質決策。本文以七「何」探討「迷思」,用5個「頭/投」看「團隊」,同時通過案例指出「團隊迷思」可能發展成首字母縮略詞為MUST RIP(必須划破)的「七種腫瘤」,造成決策上縮略詞為I FEND IT(我要防護迷思)的「七種禍害」,最后提出縮略詞為I PASSED(我已過關)的「七種對策」。

Seven Aspects of Group-Think
Abstract:Group-Think is a conceptual framework introduced by a Psychologist viz. Irving Janis. It refers to faulty decision making in a group. Groups experiencing Group-Think do not consider all alternatives and they desire unanimity or compromise at the expense of quality decisions. This Paper explores Group-Think through 7Ws and 5 ‘Heads’ (transliteration: Tou’s). The 7 Symptons of Group-Think with acronym of ‘MUST RIP’ are diagnosed. The 7 Negative Outcomes of Group-Think with acronym of ‘I FEND IT’ are predicted. Ultimately, the 7 Solutions of safeguarding Group-Think with acronym of ‘I PASSED’ are proposed.
