基于STAR-CD的有机玻璃管热降解对燃气流降温影响的数值模拟

摘要:研究有机玻璃在较快升温速率下的热降解特性,并用STAR-CD软件模拟恒定质量流量高温燃气流流过有机玻璃管内孔,有机玻璃管从内孔壁沿径向热降解,对燃气流降温的影响。假设有机玻璃热降解一步化学反应方程式,分别模拟有机玻璃管内径为9mm、12mm、14mm、16mm、18mm、20 mm燃气流的降温过程来逼近有机玻璃管内径连续降解变化时燃气流的降温过程。

The numerical simulation of the effect on gas flow temperature decrease for poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) tube degradation based on STAR-CD
Abstract:Researching PMMA heat degradation properties under faster temperature increase rate, and trying to simulate the effect on that gas flow temperature decrease caused by PMMA tube degradation under the diameter direction from interior wall to exterior wall when the high temperature gas of constant mass flow flows through PMMA tube interior hole based on STAR-CD. Under the presumed one step chemical reaction equation of PMMA heat degradation, simulating the course of gas flow temperature decrease when the PMMA tube interior diameter is 9mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm respectively, which could be roughly close to the course of gas flow temperature decrease when PMMA tube interior diameter changes continuously in practical degradation.
