色酮酰腙类化合物的合成及其生物活性

摘要:报道了取代3-醛基色酮与酰肼缩和制得了8个色酮酰腙类化合物,并对其杀菌活性和医药活性进性行了筛选。其中4e对霜霉病菌显示出良好的抑制活性,4h对人肝脏肿瘤显示出良好的抑制活性。

The synthesis and Antifungal Activity of 3-(substituted acyl hydrazone) chromones
Abstract:Chromone-3-carboxaldehydes were reacted regiospecifically with substituted acyl hydrazines in EtOH containing HOAc at room temperature to give 3-(substituted acyl hydrazone) chromones. Preliminary antifugal activity and antitumorous experiments in vitro showed that compounds of 4e have preferably activity against pseudo peronosporacubensis, and compounds of 4h have preferably antitumor avtivity.
