摘要:研究用Oxygen/air/helium和Air/helium常压等离子体退除棉织物上PVA浆料的情况。通过失重率、PVA化学组成、退浆率、纤维表面形态和织物强力等指标考察常压等离子体处理退除PVA浆料的有效性。Oxygen/air/helium和Air/helium常压等离子体处理退浆与常用的H2O2退浆相比,具有节水、节能和不损伤纤维的优点。

Atmospheric pressure plasma aided Desizing of cotton fabric
Abstract:This study is designed to investigate desizing PVA on cotton fabric using an atmospheric pressure plasma way with Oxygen/air/helium or Air/helium mixture gases as medium. Weight loss, PVA component, percent desizing ratio, fiber surface morphology and tensile strength of cotton fabric were measured. Comparing traditional desizing way with H2O2, the atmospheric pressure plasma treating desizing is better in saving water and energy and almost no adversely impact on fiber other properties.
