The Management and Development of Honda in China
Abstract:Based on making a general introduction of the situations and the direction of Honda’s internationalization, the text focused on the situations of Honda’s management and development in China., chiefly discussed the reasons why Honda chose China, the mode Honda entered the market of China as well as Honda’s management in China. It made a summary of the experiences by analyzing the characteristics in the market of China of Honda’ internationalization, with the hope to offer some references to guide the internationalization and transnational management of China’s companies of the same type.
