形状记忆合金的一维本构模型

摘要:定义了形状记忆因子的概念,推导了基于形状记忆因子的形状记忆合金一维全量型本构关系。构造了指数型的形状记忆演化方程,和一维全量型本构关系一起建立了一个能够有效描述各种温度下的形状记忆合金的热力学行为一维本构模型。通过与Brinson模型的比较证明了该模型的正确性,数值计算结果表明该模型能够有效地描述在各种温度下形状记忆合金的本构行为。

A One-dimension Constitutive Model of Shape Memory Alloy
Abstract:The conception of shape memory factor is defined. The one-dimension complete type constitutive equation based on the shape memory factor is deduced. The exponent shape memory evolvement equation is created. A one-dimension constitutive model of shape memory alloy is set up using the one-dimension complete type constitutive equation based on shape memory factor and the exponent shape memory evolvement equation. The compare with the model of Brinson illustrates the new model is right. The numerical calculation results illustrate that this one-dimension model can descript the thermomechanics behaviour of shape memory alloy at any temperature.
