红外成像系统TOD性能度量方法研究

摘要:阐述了三角形方向鉴别阈值温差(TOD)性能度量方法的基本思想;依据TOD测量机理,设计制作了九种不同尺寸的等边三角形标准靶标,利用四选一测量方法在红外热像仪校准装置上获取三角形靶标方向鉴别概率,并利用weibull视觉心理测量函数拟合统计数据,实现了TOD曲线的精确测量。

Triangle Orientation Discrimination Threshold Measure Method for Infrared Imaging System
Abstract:The basic principle of triangle orientation discrimination threshold is briefly introduced. According to the performance parameter of measure platform, nine triangle patterns with different sizes are designed. Triangle orientation discrimination probability is obtained by four- choice-one method, and statistical probability data is fitted through Weibull visual psychometric measure function, accurate TOD measure is studied.
