摘要:本文首先阐述了过程监控的研究对象和基本概念,从是否基于数学模型的角度介绍了目前存在的主要过程监控方法,并分析了它们的优缺点。然后,详细推导了主元子空间信息矩阵T的计算公式。最后描述了特征信号的提取方法——主元分析方法PCA(Principal Component Analysis, PCA)的研究现状,以及它们在过程监控中的应用前景。

Application of Principal Component Analysis In Process Monitoring
Abstract:The research targets and elementary concepts of process monitoring are described at the beginning of this article. From the different angle, whether based on the mathematics model, the main methods to be used for process monitoring are introduced, moreover, their advantages and defects are analyzed. Then, the formula for principal component subspace message matrix T is deduced in detail. At last, a review of characterize signals abstraction methods, principal component analysis (PCA), and their application prospect in process monitoring are presented.
