波箔轴承结构刚度的计算

摘要:本文考虑了波箔轴承中波箔与接触面间摩擦力的影响,得出了计算波箔局部结构刚度的简化公式;计算表明,波箔局部刚度并不相等,而是从固定端到自由端逐渐减小。通过三种结构刚度计算方法,分析了影响波箔轴承结构刚度的参数。本文所推导公式的结果表明:波箔轴承结构刚度随波箔弹性模量、波纹厚度、非固定端波纹高度和接触面摩擦系数的增大而增大;随波纹半长度和节距的减小而增大;且节距对结构刚度的影响比其它参数要大。

On the Calculation of Structural Stiffness of Compliant Bump Foil Bearing
Abstract:A simplified formula is developed to calculate the local structural stiffness of each bump of the bump foil with the consideration of frictions between bump foil and its contact surfaces. Results show that the values of local structural stiffness of bump foils decrease from the fix-end to the free-end, rather than being uniform. By using three different formulas of structural stiffness calculation, the influences of different parameters to the structural stiffness are analyzed and the results of the formula this paper developed show that the structural stiffness of bump foil bearing increases with the accretion of bump elastic modulus, thickness and non-fixed bump height, fraction coefficients of contacting surfaces while increases with the decrease of bump half length and pitch. The influence of bump pitch is more prominence than other parameters.
