316L 不锈钢粉末注射成形产品烧结工艺的实验和数值模拟

摘要:通过在膨胀计和烧结炉中对316L不锈钢粉末注射成形产品的烧结行为进行了研究,在此基础之上建立了用于模拟烧结行为的粘塑性本构模型,标定了模型中的粘度和烧结应力等参数。 该模型和标定的参数通过用户子程序在有限元软件Abaqus®上实现数值模拟。注射阶段偏析和喷射而引起的初始密度不均匀性以及重力因素可能引起的烧结过程中的不均匀收缩,数值模拟中分析了其影响。

Experiment and numerical simulation of 316L stainless steel metal injection moulded components
Abstract:The sintering process of 316L stainless steel powder injection moulded components were investigated by the experiments in dilatometer and furnace. An elasto-viscoplastic phenomenological constitutive model was built and the corresponding parameters such as bulk viscosity, shearing viscosity and sintering stress were identified based on the dilatometer experimental data. The constitutive model was implemented on the finite element software Abaqus® by the user subroutines to simulate the sintering process. The inhomogeneous green density distribution due to the segregation and jetting occurring in the injection step and the gravity effects were introduced into the sintering simulations, which may lead to the anisotropic shrinkage and distortion of the final components. The simulation results had been compared and verified by the experiments.
