摘要:本文通过创建翼型模板,结合Matlab与UG软件,探讨了风机翼型叶片参数化建模的方法,给出了翼型中线为圆弧时的翼型坐标算法、各截面安装角和站位的处理方法以及Matlab实现程序。并提出了叶片在UG建模时应注意的问题。文中提出的方法,减少了风机建模的工作量,缩短了风机CFD前处理周期,提高了风机流场CFD分析计算的效率和质量。

The parametric modeling method for wing shape vane of axial fan
Abstract:In the preprocessing of fan’s CFD analysis, a parametric modeling method for fan’s wing shape vane is presented, through creating template for wing shape, using Matlab and UG. A processing means about discrete coordinate and setting angel of wing shape is put forward when the wing shape’s centerline is an arc, and offers the program in Matlab to carry out the function. Some problems also should be paid attention to, when using UG to create model. The method which is put forward by this paper, reduces working time of the preprocessing of fan’s CFD analysis, and improves the efficiency and quality of preprocessing.
