乙醇脱氢酶3及细胞色素P450 2E1基因多态性与酒精性肝病无关

摘要:目的 研究乙醇脱氢酶3 (ADH3)及细胞色素P450 2E1 (CYP2E1)基因多态性与酒精性肝病(ALD)的关系,探讨遗传因素对其易感性的影响。 方法 应用PCR-RFLP法检测北方汉族男性健康者、嗜酒者及ALD患者中ADH3和CYP2E1的基因型并比较其基因频率。 结果 ADH3及CYP2E1的两种等位基因在上述三组间的频率差异均无显著性。三组中均以ADH3*1/3*1和c1/c1基因型为主,基因型ADH3*2/3*2及c2/c2的分布极低。结论 ADH3及CYP2E1基因多态性与北方汉族男性ALD的产生无关。

No association between polymorphisms of the ADH3 and CYP2E1 loci and alcoholic liver disease.
Abstract:Objectives To study the relationship between polymorphisms at the alcohol dehydrogenases 3 (ADH3) and cytochrome P450 2E1(CYP2E1) loci and alcoholic liver disease (ALD), and investigate the influence of genetic factors on the susceptibilitys to it. Methodes PCR-RFLP was used to determine the genotypes and alleles frequences of ADH3 and CYP2E1 of healthy controls , alcoholics without evidence of liver disease and patients with ALD in male Han Chinese. Results The frequencies of the two alleles of ADH3 and CYP2E1 in the three groups above were similar. The genotypes of ADH3*1/3*1 and c1/c1 were predominant in the three groups , while hardly any ADH3*2/3*2 and c2/c2 could be detected . Conclusions There is no association between polymorphisms of ADH3 and CYP2E1 loci and ALD in male Han Chinese.
