摘要:本文以24Mn13Cr0.4N、24Mn18Cr3Ni0.6N 、304+N 和 2Cr17Mn15Ni2N 四种含氮 奥氏体不锈钢为研究对象,用金相、扫描电镜等方法研究了77K . 室温的温度循环对加载应力的奥氏体钢的显微组织的影响,详细讨论了ε 马氏体相的形成机理和组织形态,并分析了氮元素对ε 马氏体相变的影响规律。

Effects of temperature and stress cycle on microstructures of nitrogen-alloyed austenitic stainless steels
Abstract:The influence of cooling-induced fatigue to austenitic stainless steels has been studied by metallography and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) as the experimental materials of 24Mn-13Cr-0.4N、24Mn-18Cr-3Ni-0.6N、304+N and 2Cr17Mn15Ni2N austenitic steels from room temperature to 77K and from 77K to room temperature. This paper also discussed formation mechanism and structure appearance of ε martensite phase and analyzed the influence rule of nitrogen to ε martensite phrase transition in detail.
