阿苯达唑和奥芬达唑对猪囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢的影响

摘要:为确定苯并咪唑氨基甲酸酯类药物杀灭猪囊尾蚴的作用机理和筛选有效的抗未成熟期猪囊尾蚴的药物,本实验通过检测脂类物质含量、糖-唾液酸含量、膜流动性、ATPase活性变化,对用药后猪体内囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢进行了研究。结果表明,奥芬达唑对未成熟期和成熟期猪囊尾蚴均有杀灭作用,抑制两个时期猪囊尾蚴的细胞膜代谢;阿苯哒唑只杀灭成熟期猪囊尾蚴,抑制猪囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢的作用弱于奥芬哒唑。提示奥芬达唑可能成为治疗人囊尾蚴病和猪囊尾蚴病的更为有效的药物。

Effects of albendazole and oxfendazole in vivo against Cysticerci cellulosae to Membrane Metabolism
Abstract:Using the technique of biochemistry and biophysics to study on the changes of membrane metabolism of Cysticerci cellulosae in vivo after albendazole and oxfendazole used respectively, the effects of benzimidazole carbamate agaist Cysticerci cellulosae were defined. Ofendazole plays the role to kill the immature and mature Cysticerci cellulosae as it inhibit their membrane metabolism. Albendazole doesn’t affect on membrane metabolism but can kill the mature Cysticerci cellulosae. The result suggests that ofendazole may become a more effective drug against Cysticercosis cellulosae.
