两类药物对体外培养猪囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢的影响

摘要:为研究苯并咪唑氨基甲酸酯类和苯脒类药物抗猪囊尾蚴效果及作用机理,筛选有效的抗猪囊尾蚴药物,本实验通过检测脂类物质含量、糖-唾液酸含量变化、膜流动性变化,对体外培养猪囊尾蚴经阿苯哒唑、奥芬哒唑和三苯双脒分别作用后细胞膜代谢进行了研究,以确定两类药物对体外培养的猪囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢的影响。结果表明,奥芬哒唑对体外培养的未成熟期和成熟期猪囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢均有抑制作用,阿苯哒唑只抑制成熟期猪囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢;三苯双脒对未成熟期和成熟期猪囊尾蚴细胞膜代谢均无抑制作用。

Effects of Two kinds of Drugs on Membrane Metabolism against Cysticerci cellulosae in vitro
Abstract:To investigate the effects and mechanism of the benzimidazole carbamate and benmidine drugs on Cysticerci cellulosae and choose effective drug on Cysticerci cellulosae, the membrane metabolism of Cysticerci cellulosae in vitro were tested after three kinds of drugs were used respectively, the indexes included the contents of lipids,the contents of SA and the changes of the membrane fluidity.The result shows that oxendazole can inhibit the membrane metabolism of immature and mature Cysticerci cellulosae in vitro and, albendazole only inhibits the mature one, while thibendimidine neither act on the immature nor mature one.
