有机硅耐磨透明涂料的制备条件优化

摘要:本文制备了一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)表面增硬用双组分有机硅硬质涂料。以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)为主要原料,适当添加γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、流平剂、溶剂异丙醇,作为组分A;在一定量的盐酸水溶液中加入适量的固化剂作为组分B。组分A、B室温下存储期可达6个月。将A、B两组分按一定比例混合,即得耐磨涂料。讨论了TEOS和MTMS含量、溶剂种类、水含量、HCl含量及各种助剂含量对于涂料性能的影响。最终制得的有机硅涂料固含量约为13%,固化速度快,硬度可达6H,对有机玻璃(PMMA)的附着力可达1级,透光性94.8%。

Optimizing the Fabrication of Abrasion-resistant and Transparent Organosilicon Coating
Abstract:A double group abrasion-resistant organosilicon coating was designed and prepared. The group A contains the major component of tetraethoxy silane and methyltrimethoxy silane, supplying with γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxy silane (KH-560), γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxy silane (KH-570) and isopropyl alcohol. Group B contains hydrochloride, water and condensation catalyst. Group A and group B can be preserved for 6 months without any change at room temperature. The coating was prepared through mixing A and B in a proper ratio. The final coating has 13% solid content. By using dip-coating technique a transparent film which can enhance the surface scratch-resistance of PMMA was made. The coating has a pencil hardness as high as 6H, with an adhesive property of grade 1 and transmittance of 94.8%.
