生物芯片技术的发展及其在生命科学中的应用

摘要:回顾了生物芯片的发展历史和基本定义;介绍了生物芯片技术的两大技术基础:分子生物技术和微细加工生物技术;阐述了生物芯片技术的四大核心内容:芯片方阵的构建、样品的制备、生物分子相互反应、结果检测分析,强调了生物芯片相比于其它实验手段或技术的优势所在;着重总结了生物芯片的三大类型:基因芯片、蛋白芯片和芯片缩微实验室的发展概况;对生物芯片技术在生命科学基础研究中的应用进行了深入探讨和展望。

Biochip Techniques and its Applications in Fundamental Life Science
Abstract:Firstly reviewed the development history and basic definitions of biochip(microchip) simply;And stressed on both of fundamental techniques i.e. micro-fabrication technology and molecular biology technology;introduced the array-building, sample preparation, bimolecular chemical reaction, results detection and analysis into the microchip as the four key steps in the techniques;and emphasized the prominence of biochip technology which has the features of small size, low cost, high automation, high analysis speed, high-information, contamination-proof, little sample and reagent consumption, etc. compared to the other analysis methods;and summarized the development of there main types of the biochips i.e. DNA-biochip, protein-biochip and Lab-on-a-chip; and ended with the deep discussion and expectation to this technique in future fundamental life science.
