昆虫乙酰胆碱酯酶基因研究进展

摘要:昆虫乙酰胆碱酯酶是有机磷杀虫剂和氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂的作用靶标,乙酰胆碱酯酶基因突变可导致乙酰胆碱酯酶对杀虫剂不敏感而是昆虫产生抗药性。黑腹果蝇和家蝇等昆虫只有一个乙酰胆碱酯酶基因,但冈比亚按蚊等昆虫乙酰胆碱酯酶基因有两个或多个拷贝。本文还综述了昆虫乙酰胆碱酯酶基因的结构和表达调控等。

Progress of insect acetylcholinesterase gene
Abstract:Acetylcholinesterase (AChE)is a target for organophosphate (OP) and carbamate insecticides. Many agricultural and medical insect pests have developed resistance to insecticides by decreased sensitivity of AChE due to point mutations at several positions of AChE There is only one acetylcholinesterase gene (Ace) in Drosophila melanogaster and Musca domestica,but some insects such as Anopheles gambiae have more than one copies of Ace. The structure and expressing regulation of insect Ace were also summarized in this paper.
