快速测定海水中硅酸盐的方法研究

摘要:本文以863项目营养盐快速测定仪的研制开发为主题,分别对化学因子的优化进行了水平实验验证。实验的优化结果表明,改进后的硅酸盐测定方法,化学反应时间缩短了170分钟,其方法的精密度为0.4-0.5%,方法准确度达到99%,满足海洋硅酸盐现场自动分析的要求,通过与原规范方法对比,本法令人满意。

Study on Fast Monitoring Method of Seawater Silicate Silicon
Abstract:This text regards the research of the fast monitoring analyzer for nutrient of 863 projects as main topic, and does a series of parallel experiments to validate the optimization of chemistry factors. The result of the optimization indicates, in the monitoring method after amelioration, the time of chemical reaction is shortened by 170 minutes, and the precision attains 0.4-0.5%, the accuracy attains 99%. So ameliorated method can fulfill the requirement of silicate auto analysis, and it is satisfying by contrast with original method.
