不同盐度对漠斑牙鲆的耗氧率和排氨率的影响

摘要:采用封闭式呼吸器研究了盐度对漠斑牙鲆幼鱼的耗氧率和排氨率的影响。实验用漠斑牙鲆分体重为2.1±0.03 g和0.4±0.02g两组,水温19℃,实验时间为4小时。结果表明:盐度对漠斑牙鲆幼鱼的耗氧率和排氨率的影响显著,漠斑牙鲆的耗氧率在盐度16,24时最低。当盐度由24升至32的过程中,耗氧率略有上升,但上升的幅度不大;排氨率在8,24的盐度范围内,随着盐度的升高而下降,其排氨率的最高点和最低点分别在0和24盐度,总趋势为随着盐度的升高而下降。

Effects of Different Salinity on Oxygen Consumption Rate and
Abstract:Abstract Paralichthys ledthostigma used in the experiment was divided into two groups: 2.1±0.3g and 0.4±0.02g . The test was conducted at 19℃ and took 4 hours long. The result showed that salinity had a great effect on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia-nexcretion rate of the Paralichthys. ledthostigma. Oxygen consumption rate reached lowest at the salinity of 16-24 and changed weakly in this range. And it increased weakly from the salinity of 24 to 32. The ammonia -nexcretion rate decreased with the rising of salinity in the range of 8-24. It reached peak value at the salinity of 0 and the lowest ammonia-nexcretion rate appeared at the salinity of 24. On the whole the ammonia -nexcretion rate decreased with the rising of salinity.
