半导体双极量子流体力学模型稳态解的存在性

摘要:本文在电子和空穴运动速度是无旋的假设条件下蒋所要讨论的半导体双极量子流体力学模型转化为一个二阶退化椭圆方程组,从而通过正则化的方法证得问题的解的存在性。最后,我们还证明了此问题中电子和空穴密度是正的。

Existence of Stationary Solutions to the Bipolar Quantum Hydrodynamic Model for Semiconductors
Abstract:The existence of stationary solutions to the bipolar quantum hydrodynamic equations for semiconductor devices is investigated in this paper under the assumption that the velocities of the electrons and the holes are irrotational. In the end, we also prove that the densities of electrons and holes in this model are positive.
