X60管线用钢在CSP直轧过程中组织演变规律的实验研究

摘要:与传统轧制相比,铸坯在直轧过程中有其不同的特点,因此对其组织演变规律进行研究,对优化生产工艺、生产合格产品至关重要。通过对现场生产的X60管线钢进行轧卡试验,对铸坯以及各道次变形前后的室温组织进行实验研究,结果表明:铸坯组织由表面快冷形成的细晶区和心部的树枝晶区组成;随着变形道次的进行,组织不断得到细化。特别是在第一、第二道次的大变形条件下,组织细化效果显著,为最终得到细小均匀的成品组织奠定了基础。

Experimental Study of Microstructure Evolution of X60 Pipeline Steel during CSP Continuous Rolling
Abstract:Casting blank of direct rolling is different from that of traditional rolling. It is very important for high-grade products to study microstructure evolution and optimize rolling process. We carry out a study on the microstructure of casting blank and strip after each pass. The sample was X60 pipeline steel that was produced by CSP of Baotou Iron and Steel Corporation. It is shown that microstructure of casting blank consists of fine-crystal zone on the surface and fir-tree crystal zone. Microstructure is more refined with rolling pass increase especially for the first and the second rolling pass. The refined microstructure contributes to grain refinement of finished products.
