摘要:目的 探讨实时三维彩色多普勒超声心动图定量评价二尖瓣偏心反流的价值。 方法 对63例二尖瓣偏心反流患者分别用连续方程法及实时三维彩色多普勒方法(3D-Color)测量二尖瓣的反流程度,以连续方程法结果为参考标准,分析二者的相关性,建立线性回归方程。 结果 实时三维法与连续方程法的结果之间有明显相关性(r=0.913,p<0.001),并建立了直线回归方程。 结论 实时三维彩色多普勒法可以较准确定量评价二尖瓣偏心反流程度,在临床上有较广阔的应用前景。

Quantitative evaluation of mitral vavle eccentric regurgitation with real-time 3D echocardiography
Abstract:Objective To explore the value of the real-time three dimensional color Doppler echocardiography in quantitative diagnosis of mitral valve eccentric regurgitation. Methods 63 patients with eccentric mitral regurgitation were studied with the continuity equation method and the real-time 3D color Doppler method. And those results were analyzed in their correlation and regression based on the continuity equation method as a “reference standard”. Results The results of the real-time 3D color Doppler method had been found to have significant correlation(r=0.913, p<0.001)with the results of continuity equation method and been built the regression equations between them. Conclusions The real-time three dimensional color Doppler echocardiography in quantitative diagnosis of mitral valve eccentric regurgitation had higher accuracy so it would be widely used in clinic.
