长三角城际客运专线运输组织方案及通过能力计算

摘要:随着区域经济和城市化进程的快速发展,长三角地区正在加速规划和修建区域性城际客运专线。客运新线建成后,客流的运输组织方案将与既有线路上客货列车混跑的组织有很大差别。本文分析提出了“站站停”普客和“大站停”快客两种列车相结合的运营模式,并在此基础上得出了计算大站停特快列车扣除系数和相应区间通过能力的方法。分析结果证实:在该种运输组织方案下,城际客运专线区间通过能力能够满足地区中长期所预测客流的需要。

Train Organization Program and Carrying Capacity Calculation of Inter-City Special Passenger Train Lines in Yangtze Triangle Areas
Abstract:with the high speed development of regional economics and urbanization, the planning and building work of regional inter-city special passenger train lines have been carried out in Yangtze triangle areas. After the accomplishment of this new passenger lines, there must be a lot of difference in train organization of passengers between this future ones and the existing lines which offer a kind of service that both passenger trains and freight trains run in the same rails. Train service program with a combination of “station by station stop” ordinary passenger train and “only stop at big station” fast train has been analyzed and developed, on the basis, the paper also proves the method to calculation of removal coefficient of fast trains and carrying capacity of the corresponding sections. Analysis and results present that the section carrying capacity of the inter-city special passenger train lines can meet the demand of the medium and long term forecasted passengers under this train organization program.
