变形镁合金AZ61的激光填丝焊接工艺

摘要:采用自行建立的激光填丝焊接试验系统对AZ61变形镁合金进行了焊接,利用正交试验法优化了填丝焊接工艺参数,分析了填丝焊接头组织特征。试验结果表明,填充焊丝对焊缝横截面形状影响很大,镁合金激光填丝焊焊缝横截面近似呈“杯”形。采用激光填丝焊技术,镁合金激光焊焊缝塌陷得到控制。采用ER5356铝镁合金焊丝填充AZ系列镁合金,焊缝容易产生裂纹。

Laser welding with filler wire of AZ61 wrought magnesium alloy
Abstract:The system of laser welding with filler wire has been developed, and CO2 laser welding with filler wire of AZ61 wrought magnesium alloy was investigated in this paper. Welding process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experimental design method. Weld cross section shape and welding defect were analyzed. The experimental results showed that filler wire addition had a great effect on the weld appearance, and the weld cross section is cup-shaped. Weld sag was effectively controlled. The welding cracking is easily produced due to the formation of the low melting point intermetallic constituents using ER5356 aluminum alloy welding wire as the filler materials.
