应用荧光抗体技术诊断一例疑似猪瘟病例

摘要:荧光抗体技术是指用荧光素对抗原或抗体进行标记,然后用荧光显微镜观察所标记的荧光以分析示踪相应的抗原或抗体的方法。本实验利用此技术通过荧光抗体染色诊断一例疑似猪瘟病例,通过荧光显微镜观察发现有黄绿色闪亮荧光,因此可确诊为猪瘟阳性。

Diagnosis of a suspected swine fever case by utilizing fluorogenic antibody technology
Abstract: The fluorogenic antibody technology is a method which carries on marks to the antigen or antibody plainly with the fluoro , then by observing the fluoro of the mark in fluorogenic microscope in order to analyze the antigen or antibody with corresponding track. The auther utilizes this technology to dye and diagnose a suspected swine fever case. Through the use of fluorogenic microscope the author found it has yellowish green glittering fluoro .So the author definitly diagnoses into positive swine fever .
